Who I am
I’m Sarah Coe, a gardener working as Sarah Coe Gardens in Sheffield and the Peak District. I’m responsible for any personal details you share with me through this website. You can reach me at hello@sarahcoegardens.co.uk.
What I collect
If you use the contact form, I collect your name, your email address and the message you write. If you email me directly, I’ll have your email address and whatever you choose to tell me.
Why I use it
I use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to arrange and carry out the work. I don’t use them for marketing and I don’t share them with anyone to sell to.
How long I keep it
I keep enquiries for up to 12 months in case you get back in touch. If you become a client, I keep the details I need to look after your garden and for my accounts, for as long as the law requires.
Who else handles it
This website is built and hosted with Framer, which processes the contact form and passes your message to me by email. My email provider also stores the messages I receive. Both act on my behalf to keep the site and my inbox running.
Cookies
This site doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies. Links to Instagram take you to a separate site with its own privacy policy.
Your rights
You can ask me what details I hold about you, ask me to correct them, or ask me to delete them. Email me and I’ll sort it out. If you’re unhappy with how I’ve handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
